The scheduled service fee applies to each scheduled stop whether the container is empty, partially full, or full.

Item 2
Four-Week Service = 13 Pickups Per Year

Once-every-four-weeks service follows a 28-day rotation schedule and normally results in 13 scheduled pickups during a 52-week year.

Item 3
Supplies Are Additional

Supplies are not included unless specifically stated. Sharps containers, red bags, liners, and boxes may be billed separately upon request.

Item 4
Facility Access & Holiday Scheduling

Customer provides reasonable access Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. AMWS observes standard national holidays; holiday pickups occur within 1–2 business days.

Item 5
Account Changes Must Be in Writing

Frequency modifications, authorized contacts, and address changes must be submitted by email to david@advantagemws.com.

Item 6
Appointment-Only Facilities

For limited-access facilities, AMWS establishes a mutual window; customer remains responsible for unlocking entry.

Item 7
Closed or Inaccessible Facility

If a driver arrives and the facility is locked or unattended without advance written notice, the scheduled fee applies. Return trips incur an additional stop charge.

Item 8
Initial Setup & Delivery Fee

A one-time $10.00 fee applies for a separate delivery trip. This fee is completely waived when initial delivery occurs with the first scheduled pickup.
